If the upload speed is really capped at 64kbps, IMO it would be enough for a single user to use the connection but if you plan to share the connection, 64kbps of upload is just not enough. Plus it wouldn't seem to make sense if the download speed is at 1mbps while the upload at 64kbps.

From what i saw at their website just now,the terms and conditions that stated the download limitation is directly accessible(clickable) from the wired broadband info page so i believe it may apply to wired connection too.

actually, MAXIS BROADBAND FAIR USAGE POLICY is meant for both wireless and wired broadband, however, so far, anyone using maxis broadband and bt'ng??

5.3.1 Each customer's total usage per month shall NOT exceed 3GB of data volume transmitted (total upload and download usage). This is to ensure that no individual hogs the bandwidth at all times.

well... if this is strictly applied, no point also... simply download 3 movies gau dim jor... also called up maxis broadband customer service, and he said service would be barred if exceed 3Gb volume, any user can clarify this please?

and again... if so... what is the meaning to have 24x7 connection but we cant fully utilize it? *sigh*
