Hi Guys,

i just bought the BenQ S71VW
But having some problem here.. need your guys assistance.

First time when the shop person installed OS (Vista Home Premium), it was unable to shut down and restart. Then he reformat my PC and reinstall.

Now, i can't access to Windows Live Messenger. i downloaded and installed the 8.1 version.

but when i try to open up the program, it doesn't appear anything (double click on live messenger but nothing appear and happened) . I had remove and reinstall even redownload from other pages like microsoft, download.com. but still having the same problem.

Second thing is, when i open the webcam companion 2 and choose either monitor, capture or video, the application will hang there and unable to close.

Also the mouse pointer sometimes are lagging. My RAM is 1.5GB.

Could you help me out on the above queries?

Sorry, i think the correct model is S71V which doesn't comes with Vista.
the sales install the pirated one.. he says is because of the pirated OS, tat's y got problem..

y i cant access to live messenger?
do i need to reformat my PC?

How much is the price for vista ultimate?
are there 2 disk with 1 32bit and the other one 64bit?

Then does this mean i can use for 2 PC?

But is Ultimate comes with 2 Disk? i heard 1 is 32bit and the other one is 64 bit..
if yes, can i install this into 2 diff PC? is the CD key diff for both disk?

Windows live messenger can now be used..(dunno y)
i have just removed the webcam companion 2 and reinstall , now the webcam companion will not hange.. but it seems like does work.. coz the screen is black in color , did not capture anything... can help??
