hey guys, having problem wif my fren's s73g, it auto restart very frequent. I read those earlier post, u guys said is kingston ram problem, so i told the dealer in lowyat. And wat i get is they said my software got problem (my OS problem wor...), they said they sold quite a lot of s73g model and they dun recall any ram problem so they reinstall the OS. Now, the laptop is wif my fren so i can't check, if the problem still there, i sure go and scold the dealer liao. Acted so LCLY....

...i just purchased a benq s31vw white for a friend......

i did not find any warranty card like other brands....

only this piece of paper (quite thick in multiple language and sealed in a resealable plastic) that ask me to register online for the warranty....bottom of the paper got a space/column that enable me to write down the registration/warranty number after online registration

so just wondering if I should do that or go back to the shop asking for warranty card....or go benq in lowyat complain......

Look might be deceiving. Anyway same like dell, some say dell look macho some say it is cute. As long as the product is not out in the market we can never judge if it is good or bad looking.

me on low budget la. RM 3K maybe plus a bit onli. And also don't want heavy lappie. If below 2kg best la. So looks like the s31v or vw is best option.

Or perhaps u guys can recommend some other options
