Not sure I'm wrong.
Waterfront wasn't mentioned in the master plan back in 2002. Ridgewood didn't plan to hav smd till the lands were not able to sell. Mansion and casaman weren't in the initial master plan long ago. It would b here today if it wasn't bcos of the bangla land issue. Arcadia wasn't planned in tis way. Town center changed few times b4 tis latest updated master plan. Best is if one can hav the older master plan for comparison. Tis updated plan was published not too long ago if I'm not mistaken. Anw it's just a plan. Can change anytime. Wat dpc needs now is resurrection and rescue plan. Ding dong is not helping. Hope they can c tis and act on it. End day - politic |
