Anyone know for PPA1M's projects after 10 yrs moratoriums can sell to any person or same group of ppl.

My in law family most are teachers all aiming on this. The priority still give to first house owner, but those already have house still can apply, at the end still need to filter out those disqualified.
I just wonder if the spouse who is not govt servant and has his/her own house under his/her name only, will the chance of the applicant who is the govt servant be affected. Because there is a question asking include the spouse do they own any property. Will the govt check on this if declared no?
I believe nowadays many married govt servant already own their house. Those single hv the higher chance, but wonder Malay who occupy the largest portion of govt servant will aim on this as well ivo most of the residents are Chinese and many public bring their doggies to the park too.

Boss, how do they arrange select units? By batch? I hv seen the concept plan, can give some advice which unit is better? As most of the units can be said have no view as blocked by SB, Westside 3, the only unblocked are those facing highway above car park levels but will be very noisy and dusty.
