1 million for each apartment launch end of this year, next to Westside 3, so this is where the PPA1M will be located? About 600 PPA1M units and 1000 apartments. |

Heard from the sale director that the WS4 will have a PPA1M and 2 blocks lower end condo price below 600psf.

WS4 is what we called this project.....they have different name for it.
