Boss assuming u own use for tis unit. The longer u hold the higher interest amount u need to pay. Some wear and tear few yrs down the road is oso cost to maintain the unit even its for own use. Every mth ll incur some fee here n there with quit rent assessment n insolan along the way.

Not much differ if u able to rent out. High or low ROI in rental rely heavily on the refurbishment cost upon termination of each tenant. In a competitive rental market tenants won't choose a run down unit so to make do is important n tat ll b a cost too.

Try look at ws3 and brooks those facing cp priced lower n ppl just grab. Yes priced lower to get rid of it and in tis case it's the final few pcs. Of cos buyers can choose to let it go but at 300k in 2018 it's worth gua. 🤔🤔🤔

Just for sharing ya, brooks has a case where a late comer offered a substantial sum of premium to secure 1 of the unit facing cp fr early birdy which end at the price of lvl 8 or 9 I can't recall. Own use purpose. So it's hard to justify if cp facing ll affect the usual lifestyle as long it's worth the price for buyer. ✌️
