what is the special promotion that attract the crowd?

Just to share my bad experience with this project,
was offered a good unit and asked to lock the unit by placing 3k booking fee immediately, however after booking made, was told by the agent that developer lock the unit and reserve for their own use, and i was asked to choose other less desirable unit...To those interested buyer out there, plz be more careful when the “exclusive agent from developer” promise they can lock the unit for u, they might mislead you to place the booking first then later ask you to choose other unit. I have conveyed this issue to the PIC and hope for a favourable reply.

Ooh, my snp is dated on the 3rd of Jan 2019. So does it mean I dont have to pay MOT and I can get back my loan stamp duty?
Cause for properties under HOC, for snp dated 1st Jan - 30 june 2019, there's a complete waiver. Am I right?

I was there 2 years ago when the sales gallery first opened its door. I saw 2 JKG staff stationed there back then and one of them attended to me. In fact, the business card he gave to me was a JKG one, not an agency.

When handover unit to purchaser? What is the current progress? Ahead or behind schedule?

well. perhaps ATKH can help to brief here a bit on who is the contractor for the era and who is the boss of jkg?
they are worried about the workmanship and this project will end up like empire.
