Actually the developer doesn’t need to do a lot of advertisements because all the agencies are doing their job. Currently the sales are going quite well after they had changed the package and engaged few more agencies to promote this project.

No news yet regarding phase 2. But probably this year, still don’t know when is it. Currently still have around 150 units left for tower A and B. Which unit layout do you prefer?

Yes. If u intend to have KL Metropolis view, it will be strongly suggested to buy more than level 35 for tower B.
