because to host 60+ floors for each tower limits the architecture construction, to maintain the costs there isnt much design they can do, thats why they play up the landscape which is their core selling point...

the residential part is no big deal.

yes they do have a connecting bridge and mrt nearby soon

I maybe wrong but they will be VP-ed soon anyway and let's see the subsale price lo....
