Fully agreed. Concept is really nice. And accessibility wise consider in between KL city area and Mont Kiara. With the current package, psf consider reasonable as compare with surrounding projects.

Agreed with u about high density but total land size is about 15acres. With such land size, the developer surely will need to build more units.
With its strategic location and good concept, it is really worth to buy or invest in this project .

Estimated completion for Tower A and Tower B is Q4 2020 or Q1 2021

Current package will be available until Sep due to SST. Developer will replace a new package, details to be advised.
