The story is:

29-Mar is the expiry date of balance transfer plan.

So, on 30th I paid (fully) until zero since i plan not to have outstanding b4 CNY.
Next day, kena RM70 settlement fees.

As my stmt date is 28th, I shld wait until 28-Feb statement to fully paid my BT.

So lesson to learn was, I should have maintain RM1 as outstanding 

Called their CS and this what what been told early settlement from their system. Feel wasted but since time is precious to argue and prolong the case. Decided to 'pay' this costly lesson and no more BT anymore.

Btw, I'm still fans of FPP 0%. Will stick on this better.
