Argue when you're right to and when you did not break the terms. Cannot argue when you paid off and say you didn't ask for early settlement. Gotta be fair to the banks also la.

Same like housing loan, you cannot pay finish to park your money there and expect 0 interest and then you want to have the withdrawal anytime. Pay finish means settlement. So like what I do is leave a few thousands there and pay minimal interest and have the facility to withdraw anytime.

I've skipped HL BT since you've to settle exactly on the expiry date or something. Did once but too much hassle and time consuming to monitor.

Does anyone know that if I use my card on 31st Oct (posted on 1st Nov) for dinning, would I get the 8% rebate for month of Nov?

Anyone face this issue from HL where purchase from third/forth week of the month always get posted to the next month and screw up your rebate? It happened to me TWICE and when I use other card for same merchant, it get posted the next day or day after.

And I noticed the 2 times it was 3rd/4th week purchase get posted to the next month screwing my RM 500 min swipe for cashback.

So coincidence that it happened to HLB twice from different restaurant for 2 months and while other CC don't have issue with those same restaurant previously.

Then confirm it's hanky panky from HLB. Mine is a restaurant.

I got ew1 but the hardest part is the RM 100 from Favepay. I barely use it, and usually don't have anything interesting I want from there. Other than that, no issue.
