time to say goodbye to this card.
just another mere 5% of other cards offered.
worst still need to spend minimum 2K to enjoy it.

not many can consistently spend up to 2K every month.

if can get partial refund of AF, i will cut by end OCT as well.

this HLB build so hard to gain customer base, just need one simple step to ruin it.
what a sad move of HLB.

you can't waive the AF & it is only 5% CB, why keep ?

some other cards offer 5% CB and allow to waive AF. this should be the way.

if it reduce to 8% CB, i willing to continue paying AF.
now sorry lah...

HLBANK is the worst bank i ever experience.

CS sleeping i think. i called almost 10X from mobile and house phone, no one seem to pick up my phone. worst CS ever....

whole CS is useless...
