Last month i bought something from Lazada, and it was cancelled and refunded after my HLB statement date.
Hence, I just paid statement balance - refunded value towards HLB and I noticed that finance charge being charged on new statement.

Is it normal? For MBB, I used to pay the statement balance - cashback value and it was ok for many years.

Just to confirm. If I top up my TNG ewallet with my HLB essential card. Do I entitle to get the CB? I was thinking to top up my TNG ewallet to pay DBKL assessment fee around 11k as government transaction cannot earn any CB.
