can uobpayonline accept new tnb bill? account number chg from 14 to 12, and no bill from 6 to 10

wah seems like new tnc come out. retail purchase including wad? insurance ? online shopping?

Can I use this card to pay for ptptn loan?

example going to their office and pay? another method like using online portal because I don't see any HLB portal can let us pay ptptn.

beside this card, any card can use to pay? i dont feel like using online banking as card got cashback

I think we can be using JOMPAY

key in IC and get jompay account, after that use CC to pay.

*remark, this way doesn't get the 10% discount that najib said.

2 questions here

1) when i can reapply the card after cancellation? due to annual fees

2) lets say i spend fuel and mobile around rm600 per month. can I reload big pay for RM1400, and then i use big pay to withdraw the RM1400, expect some processing fees? but at least i still gain few % of cashback *RM6 per transaction (local withdraw)

so mean i get rm60, and minus rm6. i still get rm54 as cashback ?
