in other words, we must spend RM1k to the selected catagories with another RM1 to other in order to get RM100 ?

the officer told me the annual fee will be charged on the end of jan 2017 since this is the third year i am using the wise card

he told me he can't waive for me, so in order to get the cb last month i need to wait one month to cancal it and totally don't want to spend at all this month

bye bye wise card you better don't call me back to ask me to continue with it

i wonder how you can get the af waive, i call 3 times today and 3 officers also told me can't be waived the af of wise card
i have the fortune card with them also, previously government transcation such as LHDN online payment also entitle to get 1%
but since sep 2016 onwards they are not entitle, the officer told me, hlb even didn't inform me about this

they are very funny one lah
last year they charge me 2 supplumentary cards which they offer to me free for life (but must maintain 2 sup cards)
then i ask for termination for the sup cards
then after 1 week another department call me asking to stay with these 2 sup cards which is free for life ok i accept it
one asking you to terminate another asking you to stay
in fact in total i have 3 cards with them (wise, fortune and essetial)

i have stop using the wise card this month onwards so next month after i got the cash back i will ask for the termination

it depend on whether you are lucky or not if you talk to the right and nice person/officer

yes i admit this is the great card and

no problem to spend 2k but i don't like the way they (very rude in fact) answer my call

only the third customer servicer is more friendly and told me they will call me back regarding this

but now i ady have scb justOne Platinum Credit Card 2.5k per month but no problem to waive the af and the customer service is better

yes...ideally, spend around rm550 for autobill/online/petrol rebate = 15% you will get rm82.5 then the rest less than rm2k ii.e. 0.02% to accumulate to rm2.5k
