How long then cancel card becomes official? the CS says 5 working days will call back but not yet call

Told the bank staff. bank staff also say hard to reach Rm2000 consistently.

I just got a cancellation request letter, i read through, it says i need to cut the card and return the card to the HLB Branch? Correct?
