Any source of info that HLB credit card spending are transaction + 1 day?
If not, please do not mislead others.
Next month petrol price will increase by rm0.10/l.
So, the next question is, how much you can save by filling your car's tank to full?

I know you are trying to help your friend, but do read and understand the next question first before jumping in to conclusion.
If the petrol price really increased by rm0.10/l, how much you can save? rm10?
*
You are stating that the petrol price is going to increase. I am genuinely interested to know whether you have any source or not. If not, it is nothing more that speculation or mere rumors and should be rightly stated so.

Whether saving or not, that is not my concern.

I guess it all started I never put the word "if", my bad on this.
Anyway, what I want to point is, is there any source on sure transaction +1 to get posted? Even the card center's officers cannot tell and confirm on this.
*
It was stated as "in general" which can also be loosely translated as "rule of thumb", ie. a broadly accurate guide or principle, based on experience or practice rather than theory. Over here, we share experience and tips.

after cancel the card, how long need to wait to re-apply as new customer (to get waiver of 1st year annual fee)?

thanks.
*
I am more interested to know whether will they still approve your application first, do share your outcome. It would really be unWISE of them to allow it laugh.gif

yea plan to cancel and re-apply, or everyone happily paying for the annual fee for this card ?  hmm.gif

I would continue to pay the AF if they card is still offering the same CB. Cancelling and re-applying sounds a bit risky. Win some, Lose some.

In fact, my card was issued exactly Sep 2015 too.

Not entirely sure how the CS checked during my call, but I believe he was referring to the time frame of the card issuance. If this is the case, and mine is pin n pay enabled, so could be yours. Only lacking with the paywave feature.
*
my card was issued early this year, comes with paywave but no mention of pin n pay at all

Hmm. I think your card is pin n pay enabled already. Can it be paywave only?
*
Think it is paywave only as no mention of how to setup pin and pay.

hi guys... i just paid my TNB bill using UOBpayonline with my wise card. I use the 14 digit account number. The thing is that the transaction is reflected in my HL connect and also UOBonline payment history. But no update in MyTNB. And also i didnt receive any confirmation email like some of the forumers reported. So is the transaction successful ?
this 14 digit to 12 digit is really causing a lot of fuss .... zzzzzz

Is there any rule stating that once annual fee is charged on Wise card, it cannot be waived and must be paid even though it was not used since the second year? The cancellation officer insists that I need to pay the fee and the only way to avoid paying is to convert the card to another card. I understand that if a credit card is not used in the second year, annual fee could be waived, during cancellation.

Need some lights..
*
AF is paid in advance for the coming period usage. So if you have not used the card since the AF was charged, then you can terminate it without paying the AF.

Just paid TNB using new 12 digit account number via UobPayonline at around 6PM.

Received confirmation email with status payment approved about 30 minutes later.

Let see how long it would take to be seen at MyTNB portal.
