You should be the first few reaching the level being disqualified.
Actually there were some players stop winning from 10/7, 11/7 or 12/7, none of them went beyond 70+.
If some people here cease to win for transactions on 13/7, then this hidden logic is true.
I hope my observation is wrong, otherwise I will not be winning anything today, the final day.
