the RM6 cashback is very confusing

some will put description "Hari Hari Spend Cashback Week 4", some will put "Digital Day 20th July Cashback", some just put "Hari Hari Cashback".

dunno which is for which.

want to top up my eWallet but HLB keep blocking the transaction.

want to call customer service but they are not available after 6pm.

this is not the first time. Always block and always need to call to unblock.
