Why not? After all, you will need to spend 2k to get cash back and you already have intention to pay RM 1k for PTPTN.

Checked with ptptn officer,
1)sspn-i is without insurance, cannot deposit saving using cc, can withdraw money anytime, can deposit any amount.
2)sspn-i plus is with insurance, can deposit saving using cc, can only withdraw after 3years, need deposit follow their package,
I)max amount- pakej berlian is RM500 (200 saving, 300 takaful)
II)pakej nilam is RM300( 270 saving, 30 takaful)
It's not worth it to swipe wise cc for sspn-i plus, as the insurance portion is not recoverable, and it reduce the CB %.

i also kena AF on 22/08/2016. anyone can confirm AF could be prorated if i cancel the wise card?

hi guys, info sharing.. try call CS ask for AF.
I juz called, the CS ask me do i aware of new term for cb, i said yes.
i want to know when my AF will be charged, then he said he able to waive my AF.
he told me currently they will waive all hlb cust wise card upon request, so i only will be charged next year.
i think they want to prevent large cancellation/termination.

need at least rm15k credit limit. they transfer 15k to you, you repay in 6 month installment, much like bt.

It's not 3%. It is a lot lower than that which is 1.1% since July last year as the fee is now regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia. And it will go even lower to just 0.48% in year 2021.

You misunderstood my post. HL CS submitted my request for annual fee waiver, and I am hopeful that it will be a successful outcome. 

My question is directed to those who managed to get annual fee waiver.
So, you did not see the four lines of "ANNUAL FEE WAIVER" in your eStatement, right? If that is the case, we cannot be sure that we get the annual fee waiver, unless we call CS for confirmation.

Some users here reported that HL Bank requires 60 days to process the annual fee waiver. In reality, does it really take that long?

you effectively delayed ~1 month's bill    seems that the moment we confirmed bill date change, it's effective immediately, even when your next bill date is next day!
