Actually mine got waived. only started using my WISE card 2 months ago.

existing just cancel if charge, then after few days they will call back to offer u AF waiver

just check with the CS, all bank practise that way, try to keep u from cancelling
the most recent is from UOB, at first don't want to waive, then waive half, then i'm angry cos i'm their customer for more than 10 years and this is how u treat ur customer i just ask for cancellation
few days later they call back to waive all...
some even they beg for stay i also insist to cancel cos need to wait for another 3/6 months to get free gift, for eg hsbc and citibank
but if u really think wise is almost useless now, then just go for a try, no harm as u can apply again for 1st year waiver

as for SST, recently Fortune they give me rebate as well, just check with CS what they can offer for SST rebate

Yes. I remember I got back pro-rated AF refund.

I applied temporary credit limit increase through HLB connect for 3 months and it's coming to expiry next week.  The additional increase that I can apply for is 60% more of the current limit.
Question, if I go for a permanent increase, will it also be the same amount or it will be lower?

I also havent received. Weird. This is the first time HLB missed the cashback, have been using it since 2014 and no issue receiving cashback.
