You "Signed" a contract to get a phone at a lower cost. Thats how you are bond to "x" years. No issues with fraud, ethics or what so ever here as business is business.
And you said Maxis worked like a charm, by all means pay more then. I myself used all 4 telco and know Maxis service is great, just a steep price to pay.

Damn.. I am tired of repeating myself..
Like I said.. I am not comparing my plan with another non device plan...I am comparing APPLE TO APPLE..
My RM108 postpaid is a device plan... the same as RM68 device plan currently offered with 6GB while mine is 5GB...
I signed the contract... I did not say they are in breach of contract... but their business ethics is SHIT.. it's a fact when a customer signed with you earlier but you decided to screw him and not giving him what he actually deserve..

The value of "x" product is RM108 at February. True
However, the value of RM108 is not the same in July.
Digi made a sale in Feb based on certain figures which amounts to that profit/lost margin.
Later in the year, those figures could have changed due to external factors and what not, which affects the price point.

The biggest issue for you is, you gotten a product at a "x" discount price which was factored in. Is not just as simple as a "Service" sold.

Correct me if I'm wrong, investment plans and medical insurance also would not do scale you up or down if you bought a plan early of the year and they decide to revise it later on.

And lets make a "IF" statement. IF the new price is RM108 for 2gb only and Digi decides to scale you down, will you be happy eventhou you signed a 2 year contract for 5GB ?

Contracts also do exist to protect a buyer incase such case happens you know...

Btw Im not Digi fan boy, as I said, I use all 4 telco.

Here is a tip. Make a huge rant and if your lucky, you get their CEO to appear on Video for 3 mins and revise things for you, like what happen in Maxis biggrin.gif
