hello all bezza owners,

quick question, anyone de-activate ECO IDLE since day 1? OK for things like battery etc. with it being off? Don't like that feature on/off think it is no point for me.

Thank you!

Including jokery there is still only six? Why not selling?
*
no active bezza members does not equate to amount of sales. just go see the figures, so if other car forum super active means super a lot of cars?

u planning to get one or here to give positive remarks?

i scrolled through the forum, seems like aaron1717 is busy with a few forum, and his brother owns the bezza.

any other ppl free enough to takeover the next V2 to make forum a better place to discuss:

1. problems / solutions
2. upgrades / trusted vendors
3. car tips
4. owner list

i gotta travel for work sometimes for a week or two, up till a month due to work. can try to takeover if nobody willing.

Bought the magnetic sunshades from BROZ online. Delivery was super quick as I ordered on Wednesday evening and it arrived by Thursday afternoon. Fit is pretty good but I'm having some issues with the installation of clips. They don't seem to stick. Any tips?
*
go buy alcohol swab from pharmacy, clean area, wait till dry, try again to stick. usually it wont stick well it area is dirty with dust. alternatively buy a better double sided tape.

It comes with the magnetic function but the thing with Bezza is that the window/door frame is quite thin so the magnetic function isn't secure enough. Therefore, I'm trying to secure it better with the given clips (there's 3M double sided tape on the clips) but they don't work very well. I'll try cleaning with alcohol swaps and swiping out the default 3M tapes with newer 3M tapes.  hmm.gif

can snap some pic when after u finish installing? great to have more pic in forums for guidance

I ask my Sc & he said 1.25 but u know la SC anything also can say!  bangwall.gif
*
i checked, should be same with axia. it is 1.5mm. stupid la SC. i tried my TPI lock nut it fits.
M12 X 1.5mm, same for myvi, axia, bezza, kelisa, viva

now go screw the SC with 1.25mm

anyone has any experience with Ultra Racing Stabilizing Bars, saw it is quite popular at Facebook recently
*
imwas using it on a different car, but it actually works. for long term it will wear out your top mount bearing faster along with your absorbers, but taking corners can be a bit faster. invest in a wider tyres is actually better.

I just received my Bezza 1.3 Premium X manual.
I've read the car manual on recommendation on shifting points.

1st to 2nd gear - 20 km/h
2nd to 3rd gear - 40 km/h
3rd to 4th gear - 55 km/h
4th to 5th gear - 80 km/h

To me 2nd to third gear to 20 km/h to 40 km/h is quite stressful for the engine , it rev over 2000 rpm. What do you think?
*
Change gear between 2k-3k, they say 1st 500km dont go above 3k rpm. Dont follow speed cos uphill / downhill confirm diff wan.

If u dont feel comfy, change at 2.5k and downshift at 2k, try double clutching when upshift / downshift to reduce wear and tear of clutch plate.

Just got my bezza 1.3 advance ocean blue a day before CNY Eve.....
Didn't notice this at 1st but now I notice that there is strong sound coming from back of my car if I'm driving during raining or wet roads.... I can clearly hear the noise of water hitting the bottom of my car .... It sounds like I got my mirrors open or door didn't close properly but I have checked everything is fine yet the noise is still there.... Anyone else having this issue?
*
yeah, soundproofing for this car not so good. the arch wheels kinda metal nia, not like old cars with rubber sheets. go look at vios and city, same design, only thing they use thick insulation between inside and outside.

my exactly like your model got that sound as well.

solution:
1. soundproofing - not the cheapest option
2. louder exhaust - cheapest option
3. louder music - okla, RM200 can get lousy "stainless steel" rust within 3 months

Owner Bezza 1.3 Advance White.

Add on tinted - RM800
Add rubber type of Carpet - RM45
Add rubber sealed - RM65 (DIY)

Future might add Door Comfort but so far I am satisfy with the soundproof.
Going to get boot tray RM55.
*
Add on tinted - RM800 for this it will void the current tint on it right? the tint that came with it not good enough?
Add rubber type of Carpet - RM45 - Can share where u do so cheap? and picture =)
Add rubber sealed - RM65 (DIY) - how many rolls u bought, and u did at your side doors only?

Mahihi prices quoted to me is now no longer the cheapest so I would not recommend them anymore. I'm deleting the FB link. it was frustrating to deal with them as 1 day say this & next day another. beating round the bush. bangwall.gif I have a copy of my conversation with them if anyone wants to see how they mislead me in my personal opinion  vmad.gif If he has done no wrong why has he banned me from even chatting with him? He claimed I'm playing with words. I wonder who actually was playing with words?
*
actually i find bezza's sound ok la, except for behind the car, when road is wet, then got water sound. other than that, ok kua. next week i will do a long distance ride, so maybe can tell more what is annoying or not. thanks for sharing this info, useful for people.

Guys anyone know how long it takes to change oil during service? Donno today when I took my car for service just took them about 20 minutes to change the engin oil & gaskets? Got charge rm250 for it. Does it really take that fast to service car? I was expecting 1 hour minimum. How to know if they really changed the oil?
*
depending how fast the person does it. if jack up, drain from bottom, how long do u take to pour out 4 litres of oil? less than 10min. if vacuum from top, about the same. gasket usually dont even need to change, it is just a rubber piece for the drain nut. RM250 is expensive, perodua really charge that much? mileage and type of engine oil?

u can even change oil at home, 30min cos no proper place to drain and all haha.

2. yeah, especially rain

Erm, as far as I know, just the fully synthetic oil will cost around 200+ already right? So isn't that price normal? Or am I wrong?
*
depending on brand, perodua's in house brand can get about RM150? This not liqui moly, motul or chemlube. this is ayamas brand

see service manual as attached

This was my Bezza first service, i too found it expensive. But we have to go to Perodua for 5 years right if not void warranty?

This was what they charge me:
Gas Nitrogen for the tyre                15.90
Compressor Oil                              41.87
Element S/A oil filter                        11.98
PGO SN OW 20 4L                          159.00
Gasket                                          4.03
Injector Cleaner                              24.38
Total                                              257.15

The service labour was free was this one if not it would be even more expensive. Now i am very scare for the next upcoming service bcs according to the chart they gave us there is 7 dots tick at things that need to change.. sweat.gif  sweat.gif  sweat.gif
*
u kena cut in:
N2 gas - u dont need them, our air oso 70% N2 liao (trust me, i sell air for a living for the biggest industrial gas company in the world)
Compressor Oil - why from factory low level? or your air con feeling hot?
Injector Cleaner - 10k impossible dirty, maybe at 40-50k yala, but that oso no need

rest is ok, gasket cheap2 replace la, but that as well dont need, basic service is always engine oil + filter that's all. yes u need to go perodua to service to avoid void in warranty, but the one u went i suspect is those 3rd party "authorised" perodua SC. Which SC u went?
