You need to kill off the hot spots before wicking. Or you can just go spaced coil.

A little juice popping off coils is fine, it happens... A lot = spitback = not so fine.

Refer to snake1983 previous post on spitback (it's somewhere last page). It's a pretty common thing, though us vapers would rather like to minimise it coz we really don't like to drink hot juice.

But a liiiiitle popping is normal.
