You might have some luck with public ones but IMHO, private vpn's are so much more reliable

Since most seeds/peers are local, you will have better speeds compared to international ones.

Yeah I read a lot about VPN, is it really that good? How about HTTP-Tunnel? Have anyone tried that? I'm weighing my option between VPN & HTTP-Tunnel, which one's better?

reduce your maximum upload a little. how to do this depends on your torrent application

i got more than 250kb yesterday...
holds for 10-15 minutes, then down to 50-60.. ahaha..

if u're into torrent.. i suggest u pay some $$ to get a decent vpn service instead of a FOC public vpn service which is rather dissapointing

well..i dont want to pay $$ for it since im in college on the weekdays .. only come home on the weekend...at least i can dl torrents on a free vpn for 2 days would be great...any suggestions?
