yeah...and each fortnight rise up 2 of other training...players got injuries because they are prone to it...d bad thing bout rise up strength and aerobic for my players are that when the season start,my players condition are not 100% and they'll tire easily during the match...need international break to make them come back 100% fit...btw..during pre season..do u guys pile up the strength and aerobic training?i concentrate on that two,just abit higher then medium but my players are starting to get injuries ady..
