Alonso has clearly let his newfound status in the paddock go to his head as he wrote off his former team's chances in the title race, "Renault will start the year well, but they will get worse, as usual," he said.
i think the team simply dont have the crazy funds to develope+++++ their car in the course of the season.
would be really interesting to see how renault does without alonso. icon_idea.gif

"For now I put them ahead of Ferrari and McLaren."
LoL, would be nice to see nick or kubica on top of the podium in a highly competitive season icon_idea.gif

with MS gone, i wonder who will get the highest paycheck on the grid? is MS still involved in expensive sponsorship/endorsement deals?

i personally liked the honda color scheme (the spyker one oso not bad) heck i might even root for jenson and his beautiful car tongue.gif it would be weird if BMW is competitive out of the gate and mix-in with the ferraris, mclarens and renaults(i still have faith in them)

ferrari, mclaren, renault, bmw, honda dan lain-lain. sounds like oz staring staring grid already biggrin.gif

hopefully only 1 tyre company means more competitiveness, & no more 1++ sec per lap 'car&tyre advantage' tongue.gif

have a hunch Carlos Ghosn is throttling their development budget. still they manage double constructor's championships with lean budgets b4, hope they rediscover their mojo soon icon_rolleyes.gif

i rmb hearing martin and reading on itv site, those mclaren boys have a gentleman's agreement;

the driver who comes up on top on Q2 (low fuel quali) gets to set his fuel strategy first. the other driver have to race/overtake him on the road and not via a fuel stop.

if thats is true, u can see them really duelling on Q2s for the next of the season.
