Have been training for on and off on main lifts for roughly 10 months (4 months on > 6 months off > 6 months on till now)
Current lifts on 60kg body weight
Squat - 80kg x 5
Bench - 22.5kg x 5
Deads - 90kg x 5
My lift is still on beginner state, just 1 or 2 steps towards intermediate number.
So my question is anyone have experience with them? Is workshop necessary for beginner lifter? I've been watching Alan Thrall and a lot of other videos. My thought is video is still video, when application on the cues and technique is another case, I might be doing it wrong.
The closing date is near and they only take 12 people per workshop, I gotta decide it quick.
