Fell it's useless & waste of money. Everybody's biomechanics are different.

E.g there are some bench workshop vids on youtube by pro powerlifters which asks people to "tuck in their elbows" which is trash advice for many people.

Also things like mark ripptoe's knees should not go pass toes during squat is also absolute bullshit. My knees go quite pass my toes when squating in optiomal position FOR ME.

Everyone's diff, follow the basics like not rounding your back during squats, and slowly you'll find your optimum technique after few years of practicing the lifts.

Trial and error, make mistakes and learn from mistakes.

No need spend 275 for 4 hours workshop.

They will probably teach you what you can learn from the internet and or probably already know.

9 out of 10 courses I attended are teaching stuff I already know, I am there just for the cert.

Have you attended any fitness courses? Private and government?

Try to read between the line. I am not saying i know it all, what i mean is most fitness courses are really targeting the masses who knows shit and too lazy to do homework themselve.

Never. My ego is too big too attend those. I find 11/10 workshops to be basic noob shit.

I was trolling you.
