 Ipod warranty?

My I pod appear to have a white dots...
can i have a repair/replace for my ipod?
my warranty havent expire and not over 6 month
But the thing is i bought from a dealer ( Bulk board)
will the apple support centre help me?

Have you checked the serial number over at the Apple website to check the warranty?
And yes, you can claim warranty at any Apple Service Center.

Hmm... don't mind me.

What if you don't have the original receipt to produce. Say that, I lost it. Will I still be able to claim warranty using the Apple's Website info ?

I think should be able to right? Coz like if you win the iPod or something.....you wont have a receipt right?
I have asked about that in Machines at MV, the salesperson mentioned just bring the iPod, they are able to check, coz was thinking of getting the extended warranty.

You don't need the receipt to claim warranty so as long as the serial number's recorded - and all genuine Apple products are logged via their serial number, guess it's like their IC no. *grins*

I suggest you send your iPod back to the shop soonest possible smile.gif biggrin.gif

I've replaced my singapore purchased iPod in malaysia before. The only problem is, if you still want them to engraved it, it will take em almost forever....

You can send it back to any of the Apple stores to get ur problem fixed rclxms.gif so just go to the most convenient one to u, or to one which u like their customer service nod.gif

previously i had bring my Ipod to fix. some hardware failure i guess. i bring to the shop which located at low yat. the shop located just beside starbucks. around 1 week times they will call you to collect ur ipod.

Anyone claimed warranty for their USB cable before? Mine can't sync. I have a spare cable at the office and can sync with that one so its the cable that is having a problem and not my iPod.
