We can ask the upper moderating team for this info? I didn't know. I always got the impression that it is off limits for a normal member to contact anyone from the upper moderating team since we have many Moderators and Trade Enforcers here.

LOLs. Yes I used to think like you too (about normal members not supposed to contact the upper echelons of power in LYN) and I never did, mostly because I didn't see the need to.

The rule of thumb when contacting the moderating team is to follow the chain of command. Go from bottom up because the higher up the chain you go, the more responsibilities the Admins and Staff have and the busier they will be.

If your problem is localised in a sub forum, contact the moderator in charge of that forum. If you wish to complain against a moderator, go to a Staff or Admin. My personal policy is that if you want to talk to me, my PM box is always open. Though you might have to wait a few days for me to reply.

p.s. Yeah.. I still have to keep my head below their knees when I talk to them
