Hi guys, owner of City E spec here, having it almost one year plus already, so far so good I love it!

Im now considering some visual accessories upgrade, thinking of adding door visor, trunk tray and also side step. I saw Honda website selling those but i feel it is damn expensive.... Any aftermarket shop that sells these items?

And also considering to upgrade the to 16" tyres. Any E spec owners does this?

Been reading since the first page and placed my booking for City V Modern Steel,

I was looking into Honda accessories and I was thinking;

- Adding a window visor from them (But ex can do outside i suppose)
- Sports pedal Rm200 worth it from Honda?

And I actually opted to add on their Connex Stolen Vehicle Recovery as the car can be monitored by the Connex and myself as it comes with an App and my residency area is quite dodgy and dangerous. Do you think its worth it? RM3k for it and each year renewal subscription is about Rm300

They also gave me LLumar tinting RM500 voucher, I went and enquire on the price its about RM1.2k greyish tint at LLumar shop after deducting from the voucher.

Any sifus can give me some insights on this?

today just completed my 20k km (12 mths) service, actually my car just 15k km mileage.

beside the usual items, they charge me 2 extra item:
1) alignment + balancing: they said need every 6 mths (or 10k km) do once, cost rm60
2) Clean condenser : they said every 12 mths (or 20k km) do once, cost rm200!

All these are not mentioned in the HONDA website or service booklet, i feel like cut-throat waterfish especially item (2), do we need so frequent to do service air cond?

The service center just said this is standard item, but I feel like they are charging non-sense (by scaring you might lost the warranty if u refuse to take it).

Any of you service the condenser on 20k km (or 1 year) ?
Getting annoyed by Honda service, perhaps switch to other service center next time, but again the other service center will ask u to do some other non-sense item...

You guys got renew with HIP? Did you compare with the etiqa price? My 1st year, I not sure original what is covered.. I see etiqa is around 1.2k with 33%ncd while hip around 1.5k+

I see the letter write sum insured.. Estimated sum insured 79k, it dint say much info.. Maybe because this is renewal notice? It written msig as well..

i had test drive city and vios , personally love city due to it design .. performance no idea , almost the same for me  .. handling wise no idea too because i am just a standard kilang driver

I found the original paint is very thin.. i just wash my car few time then can see some tiny wipe scratch on the paint already..
