Urm one noob question here, but hope someone can assure me.

If i install 3.03OE-B and my kernel is 1.5, can i play original UMD game straight or do i still have to install additional patch?

I have never done it before though ... can anyone tell me whats the probability it will brick if i flash it to 3.03OE-B?

And is there any thing which is a big no-no during the flashing process? As i know, the batt must be at least 75% full and charger attached ... anything else?

Hie .. i'm currently on 3.10-OE-A' ... can i know what homebrew software i should use to play PSX games? I'm interested in playing FF-7 again. Thanks for help
