No no, this custom firmware (3.52 M33) is not installed on your memory stick. It's installed inside the flash memory of your PSP. So even if you remove your MSPD, your PSP will still run at V3.52 M33.

is it iso/cso related problem? (as in diff source might end up in diff results)
