woot... new thread!

Hey King83, you haven tell me who your fren is.

And my question from the previous thread.

Folders I need to add to my MS?
1. EYE-ASS-OHH (In root)
2. RECOVERY (from Mr. Smiley's link? Into PSP folder or root?)

Anything else? What about the PSP/GAME150 and PSP/GAME303 (if got, haha.) Need? As far as I know, I leave my homebrews in PSP/GAME cukup right? Cos it's working fine.

Thanks.

A noobie question for TA-082 (Cos I don't have tat mobo, so I haven't been bothering).

Question 1:
Let say I have a brand new TA-082 with FW2.71. To use homebrew, I mod it to 2.71 HEN-C, right? On my PSP, under [system information], what will my system software state? Cos I'm updating for my cousin and I have no idea what he did with his PSP (it can use homebrew, so must be HEN-C or 2.71SE, just not sure which) *grin*.

Question 2:
If 2.71SE, can update straight to 3.30OE-C right, even with that mobo?
If 2.71 HEN-C, must downgrade to 1.5 and up it again, right? Just confirming.

Now everybody all hype with 3.03, 3.10 that cannot find HEN-C news anymore. Sigh...

noobie question. i remember it was asked in the first thread. now cannot find.

How to open CWCheat in game?
And how to find the game signature (eg SLUS_XXXXX)? Let's say I have a UMD game, izzit stated somewhere on the cover or anywhere?

And for PS1 games, (downloaded via PS3 or *cough*), where can I find the signature? And for example I make a copy of FFVII from different sets of CD, do they share the same game signature?

You renamed the file and all? the eboot for 1.50 you rename from eboot.pbp to 150.pbp, and likewise for 3.03. Ok, this wan the sifus must confirm for me because I'm typing off the top of my head. Do not have my stuffs with me now.

I just came to ask. To enable .wma playback, I go to setting and enable it. But after I 'sign' the agreement, they say must go online to enable. So must I go online? And what would happen if I go online? I'm on 3.03OE-C now.

QUOTE
why dont u just use easy installer by Calo linked at psp-hacks.com forum?

Aiks, got easy installer? Cool. CKY6667, you should just use the easy installer. Way easier, and lesser chance of screwing up.

Are you still have trouble with the .pbp?

QUOTE
just go recovery menu and go to registry hack, enable wma from there.. easier...

Just found it. Thanks mfa333. Just wondering what would really happen if I did connect and go online. Haha. Probably they will just update to 3.11 shakehead.gif

Okay, an another question. Now that everyone is so into 3.03/3.10, I feel a little stupid to start talking about devhook. But somehow my stupid 'backup' MGS:PO couldn't be played on 3.03OE-C (could play on 3.03OE-A' tho). So I'm using devhook 0.46 which could work. Now the only question I have left:
is there a way to quit from the emulated 2.71/3.00 to my original 3.03OE-C without rebooting my PSP?

Or if sifus can give advice on why my backup game is not working, it would better still. I have no freaking idea why it is not walking. Everything else is.

EHHH!!!! My post is missing?!! The post about using NTSC saves in PAL games.

I was playing FF7 and my game glitched, so I'm planning to convert my friend's FF7 disc into a PSP game. But the thing is that my FF7 is NTSC while my friend's is PAL. Would my save game be able to be used in the new game?

I'm using CWCheat by the way, and should there be a special way of renaming my folders?
My friend's PAL game ID: SCES_00867.
My NTSC game ID: SCUS_99479 (I think).
