-Intel C2D E6300 proc
-Biostar Tforce 965PT mobo
-512MBx2 Corsair DDR 6400 RAM
-and other stuff...
Now... I've tried everything to make my PC run at least 400FSB... but each time I increase the FSB past 266MHz... my PC cannot boot-up... I've increased the voltage also... My RAM shouldn't be a prob rite...??? Coz it already supports DDR800 rite...??? So what gives...??? Please help me...??? Newbie here... and I would like to at least rum my PC at 2.8GHz...

wat voltage u up?the ram u setting manual?ur psu enuf power?u disable important part in bios b4 u OC?

E6300 can do 2.8GHz with NO voltage increase.
agree with mfcm:
1 - get good PSU to ensure stable voltage across the rails, especially the +12v rail.
2 - Disable unnecessary bios features like NX bit, power saving functions.. etc.
3 - set the ram divider/ram multiplier to 1:1, put at least 2.1v on the ram @DDR800
4 - shoot the fsb. u might need to add some voltage at FSB and MCH when runnin 400 fsb.
good luck.
