May I know what website you are using to get the 4.43 figure? I'm using xe.com which for the past 24 hours the graph is virtually flat and the max is 4.4164 most of the time

BNM rates are ONSHORE, middle rates as of noon and 5pm:

a good way is to look at the money changer rates whenever u pass by one.
