Placed an ordered for samsung A9 pro on 20 July until today the status still in progress.
Make a complaint to gem5 fb they said merchant is allocating stock from supplier and latest will be ship out by tomorrow. Doubt why gem5 will allow merchant who do not have ready stock and put the product on sales at the website. Will cancel the order if tomorrow still not ship out. Merchant is TMTONLINE = Thunder Match Technology |

So was thinking want to cancel the order already. But the CS said will work for me to find which merchant have ready stock and update to me. After that CS forwarded my order to another merchant who able to ship out today and provide the tracking number at the same time (although only traceable at the night). By the way, I also confirm with them in this case order cancellation will not get any charge because is merchant's fault. Anyways, I can say their CS quite efficient on solving my problem.
