Gemfive emailed me that the item on transit to me and give me Skynet AWB number.

I called Skynet and they said no such AWB number in their system.

Called Gemfive customer service, told me same thing as in email - item on transit to me?? Informed them what Skynet told me and Gemfive only could say will check with merchant and email me.

anything else that i can do?

Even if the customer tracking not updated , should't it be in their own system at least? Cannot be that item has been picked up by them from merchant but yet not in their system, right? like that stock will always be MIA.

Yep, that's precisely what has happenned.

I don't see the point of gem5 email to inform that item has been shipped if courier hasn't even picked up yet. Dont consider that as "shipped".
