For purchase using G5 app, I have gone thru shipping->payment->review, but still don't see any field for discount code unlike G5-desktop, instead was prompted to [PLACE MY ORDER]. Could it be on the next step? If not will be prompted for OTP?

I made two attempts to purchase some items at G5 using 25SCB, both times after successfully applying discount code n keying SCB CC info, it went into payment processing n back to the checkout page without prompting for OTP. There is no order in the order-list n checked with SCB CS said no transaction recorded. I have used the card for an order which was voided few weeks ago. Could it that G5 detected multiple usage of the card eventhough I used a diff account?

That was some time ago. For me, the next day when my deal was voided, I gave them a shelling and my refund was credited into my creditcard acc immediately.

Call the CS, can't give me the reason, the orders was recorded as pending for payment, told me I can still use the 25SCB cos prev order was voided.
He then asked me to retry this afternoon when the prev 2 orders are cancelled. At the end of the conversation he told me that the code has expired, so can't try anymore.
