lelong promo code system exclusive for their own dedicated seller only. not like those GemFive / Lazada universal voucher.

because those promo code are certain pluggin feature that require to buy (by the seller) too allow those feature.
As some lelong seller would know that, lelong sell webstore but not products, unlike Gemfive/Lazada are selling their own products distributor by some seller.
