just download the mobile apps the new one its better compared to the web version im not sure.. bcoz im using maybank online trading with chrome not ie.. maybe ie version have more functionalities? coz need to install something.. it's working fine with me on chrome tho

Hi I have try using the chrome version but the chrome version are not as good as IE version. IE version you can see the all your favorite counters at one glance by adding them to watchlist or so and I can view more information such as bid and ask quantity and lots of other information, while chrome is quite rigid in the information that i want.

I do have mobile apps too but I need the live price movement for all the watchlist so mobile apps is not so conducive for me.

hello newbie here can someone explain why buying stock from maybank when i checked into Account Summary under Transactions i always saw the transactions amount is more +8 or +9 from the filled stock net amount? how is this possible? is it fee or something? each buy need to pay rm8++?? im using direct cash (own monies) non-margin facilities

e.g i buy a 400 Qty with Price 0.525 MYR  which Net amount rm210 but in my Account Summary under Transactions

Outstanding Balance

There is stamp duty - 1/1000, Brokerage fees - not sure what is your brokerage fees, and clearing fees of 0.03%. If the stock you buy are mid cap stock then you might not have to pay stamp duty.

3 days mean T+3 and on the third day, MBB will deduct the amount from your account.

Hope it help.

All trading house charge brokerage fee, the only different is how much. You might be able to negotiate for lower fee if your transaction is high which I am talking few hundred thousand a month

Hi;
Regarding M2U trading, i would like to know whether can i set two sell orders at the same time with the share i have ?

Example: i have 1000 qty of share company A with price rm1.00

Can i set sell order with 1000 qty share when the price hit rm1.2

And at the same time i set day sell order with 1000 qty share when the price hit lower rm0.80 ?

I mean set two sell orders with different price of same amount of share i have ?

but i think you can set the Price Alert lower and highest price when the market value hit your desirable price then you will be alerted and make decision to sell/buy the stock

I think you can if you are using cash up front account then 1 order will become short selling and short selling required to be closed out on the same day.

Recently, MBB has updated their platform and it required to install 2 cab files for the new version. Unfortunately my company laptop doesn't allow me to install the CAB files, any one knows how to go around it?

Thanks

Did you solve the CAB files installation problem at the end? rclxub.gif

The app is too simple and can’t open the complete platform in chrome or safari.
Thought of buying one window laptop just to use and watch the full platform. Any recommendations? Feel so dizzy browsing laptop. Alot diff type. Macbook is easier. Air and pro. Thats all.

Hello any idea how we can change our remisier?? for example i have opened up CDS account with maybank can i switch to AmInvestment for example?

I really don't understand how maybank do calculation on brokerage fee for trading.

i saw somewhere in website state that for cash direct/non-margin the fee was
0.1% or
Minimum: RM8

but from my acc transaction there always an additional RM8.01 or sometimes RM9.01 / RM9.13 / RM9.03

doesn't maybank supposed to charge a minimum RM8 only? really confused making me want to switch to other broker if minimum is only RM8 why maybank always charge more? unless my trading value is more than RM8000 only the 0.1% will be applied right? correct me if i'm wrong

here the fee comparison https://klse.i3investor.com/jsp/hti/brokers.jsp
