Did a fresh install on a new hard disk.
The GPU was never tested if there is sound through HDMI.

Win 10 Pro x64
XFX RX 480

TV don't have sound. Headphone jack (motherboard) got sound.
Already performed windows update.
Running Crimson 16.6.2
TV is assigned as play back device.

Kindly advise on what to do.

go change default output device in sound settings

If not mistaken, that option is grayed out. Already disabled and enabled back TV in sound settings.

This sound silly

- Have you switch up your volume? done
- Have you plugin properly to your device?
- Have you tested your HDMI with other device?
- Try to run a driver updater done
