I order 2 from them too since october. and i dont want to make this long. all i want to say is that if they cannot deliver or if there are problems in the supply, we customers should be inform. As far as i know they do not call or even email their customers when they cannot delivery as promise. i'm sure if they did, alot of us will not be complaining here to warn ppl of their business ethics. i think its common sense to at least inform customers about delay but no, we are the one who is chasing after them. i guess thats y syin is quitting. poor girl, just imagine almost 1k customers calling all the time.. lol.
but this is for pcgame. pls do remember business communication and ethics when running a company. we appreciate ur effort in trying to support ori games but we do want good business ethics from someone who aspire to do well with their company. for those who got their bc early without any prob. u r lucky. still does mean they shiat* up orders.
i hope pcgame will learn their lesson about communicating with customers or rather informing from these BC pre orders and orders.
(isnt hard to do rite? to inform customers,or is it?) the only thing i hope is the lesson wont come in a huge price tag. so good luck to u pcgame. i know where to get my games now........
