Ambank have the worst system in Malaysia....submitted by fax for supp card ...after 2 weeks i called they said they didnt receive...then I submitted through email...after 2 weeks not even in the system...called them and they said they need 2 working days to check on the process...Maybank and CIMB is way better in terms of service and processes. When i applied for as the principal was even worse...but that is a whole new story lol

Where can I check the application status other than calling to CS?

hi guys, ambank send me a CC due to make car loan with them i never use CC before if i wanna terminate it need to call center or just ignore it. any problem if i not activate it

Well, for americano grande, they used to give me up to 4 shots for free, now only 3. if i ask for one more they will charge extra...

anyway, i asked, seems like it's possible to request for latte without milk (ie americano). will try that next monday!

Yes, correct. I think the reward points may also differ. Anyway, I got this card for PPL purpose only, others I don't really bother.

I am new-to-bank customer, applied for Visa Platinum and Bonuslink credit card at the same time. They refused to give me 10,000 Bonuslink points as my Visa Platinum was approved one day before the Bonuslink card. They claimed that I am not new-to bank anymore hence not getting 10,000 Bonuslink points

Anyone encountered this before?
