Make sure you downloaded the correct app - there's the Entertainer App (i.e. the paid version), and the Ambank Entertainer app. I have a feeling you may have downloaded the Entertainer App, which requires a paid subscription to unlock the vouchers. However, the Ambank app requires a PIN.

How to get the B1F1 VIP key. New ambank cc user here.

The Ambank one don't need to pay! It's free with the VIP key. I created an account, entered the VIP key and could use since 2016. My version had no option to buy anything also.

On my phone I have both the free Ambank one and the paid Full one (yes, I paid RM75 in 2016 and could use for both 2016 and 2017). I will use up my free Ambank vouchers before using the paid version.

Question, I'm having Plat Visa now, if I were to get another Plat MasterCard, will they allow me to add another similar card without giving any documents and my PPL access will be 2x2 accesses?

For my case, it has been very frustrating.

Last Wednesday I called to check my application status, then the CS told me the principle card (myself) was approved but supplement card is pending.
Then CS recommended me to visit the nearest branch to check and get principle card first.

Today I visited the nearest Ambank branch, they said they can't do anything.

Basically:
CS told me -> Go to Branch
Branch told me -> Call CS

congratulations! means if got 3 cards = 3 x 5 = 15 entries annually?
by the way what's the difference VI and VS?
