the ambank internet banking site annoyingly does not display the transacted amount in the foreign currency, just the myr amount....and i already threw away the invoices....

certainly a lot of deficiencies in ambank operations....if not for the unlimited lounge access...

For those of you who have a credit card/cards with AmBank, do you open a saving/ current account with AmBank, and auto deduct from there every month?

Or pay via Internet banking/ transfer every month from another bank?

Hi,  may i know how the Entertainer app work? I just downloaded, and to start,  they request for VIP key to be entered. Need to request the key from the Ambank hotline? Any charges incurred?

Today helped colleague to swipe at Starbucks. She added Latte but with Hazelnut syrup, so it's RM 7.80. It shows discount RM 8.50, basically just topped up RM 2.50 for the syrup.

The purpose of this restriction is obviously to induce customers to use the cards....in which case, it would have been easier to just say, at the end on each card cycle year, total spending and use of lounges will be calculated, and every entry will be free if there is rm500 spend....so someone spending 5k can enter 10 times free....excess entries will then be charged...
