Well, you can always question them back. If you have fulfilled their requirement of 120k per annum, there's no reason for them to downgrade you to just a VS. If I were you, I will definitely pursue this case.

For this kind of special requirement, you will need to check with bank directly. They may allow FD as income requirement is 120k.

Great. biggrin.gif However, I think it applies to all cards so long using JomPay. I'm going to use my AEON cards though, haven't been logging in to AmOnline for some time.
